While it’s rare, sometimes packages like to take their own journey! If your order is marked as "Delivered" by USPS tracking but you haven't received it, here’s what we recommend:
Check Around Your Home: Take a moment to look around your home or mailbox to see if the package was placed in an unexpected spot, like inside your garage, under patio furniture, or near the back door. It might be hiding in plain sight!
Check With Neighbors: Sometimes, packages are accidentally delivered to a neighbor's home. It’s worth asking around to see if it was dropped off there by mistake.
In some cases, packages can be marked as "Delivered" before they actually reach their final destination. If that’s the case, we suggest allowing a few extra business days for your order to arrive. You can also reach out to your USPS delivery person to see if they have any insight on where it was placed.
