That’s why we offer our Prescription Change Warranty to help accommodate any prescription changes within 12 weeks of your child’s prescription exam date.

1. Coverage for Changing Prescriptions

If your child’s prescription changes within 12 weeks of their exam, we’ve got you covered! We offer one full remake of their glasses, so they’ll have the correct prescription lenses and continue seeing the world clearly.

2. A Smooth and Easy Process

Updating your child’s glasses with our Prescription Change Warranty is simple and hassle-free. Just send an email to [email protected] with your order details and the new prescription, and we’ll craft a brand-new pair of glasses with the updated prescription. We’ll also send you a prepaid return label so you can send back the original pair. We make it easy to keep your little one’s vision sharp!

3. No Surprises, Just Transparency

We want this process to be as smooth and cost-effective as possible. If the new prescription requires a more expensive lens, you’ll only pay the difference. If the new prescription is less expensive, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference in cost. Simple and transparent!

4. What You Need to Know

To qualify for our Prescription Change Warranty:

• The original pair of glasses (frames and lenses) must have been purchased through Jonas Paul Eyewear.
• This warranty is limited to one remake per customer.

5. After the 12-Week Window

Should your child's prescription change outside of the 12-week window, there will be a charge for our lens service. This ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality, customized eyewear while covering our manufacturing costs.
