What do I need to place my prescription order?Updated a month ago
To fill any prescription orders, we’ll need two things from you:
1. A Clear Copy of the Prescription
Please upload a valid, unexpired copy of the prescription. Make sure we can clearly see all important details: the prescription itself, the expiration date (or exam date), the patient’s name, and the physician’s name, signature, and contact information.
2. The PD (Pupillary Distance) Measurement
The PD measurement ensures that the lenses are perfectly centered in the frames for your child’s best vision! If you’d like to learn more about PD and why it’s important, you can visit our website for more details.
What if I Don’t Have the PD Measurement?
No problem! You’ve got options:
Home Try-On Kit Tool: If you ordered a Home Try-On Kit from us, you’ll find a PD measurement tool included. Misplaced it or didn’t order the kit? You can download and print the tool from our website by clicking the links provided.
Use Our App: If you have an iPhone X or newer, you can download our app, which makes it easy to get an accurate PD measurement. You can find our app by clicking the links provided.
Contact Your Doctor’s Office: They may already have the PD on file.
Visit a Local Optical Shop: Any local optical retailer or your doctor’s office can also help you with a professional measurement.
