Please upload a valid, unexpired copy of the prescription. Make sure we can clearly see all important details: the prescription itself, the expiration date (or exam date), the patient’s name, and the physician’s name, signature, and contact information.

2. The PD (Pupillary Distance) Measurement

What if I Don’t Have the PD Measurement?

No problem! You’ve got options:

• Home Try-On Kit Tool: If you ordered a Home Try-On Kit from us, you’ll find a PD measurement tool included. Misplaced it or didn’t order the kit? You can download and print the tool from our website by clicking the links provided.

• Use Our App: If you have an iPhone X or newer, you can download our app, which makes it easy to get an accurate PD measurement. You can find our app by clicking the links provided.

• Contact Your Doctor’s Office: They may already have the PD on file.
