Warranty and Protection for Your Frames
At Jonas Paul Eyewear, your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer two ways to ensure your glasses are always in perfect shape: our Make It Right 30-Day Warranty and JPE Care. Both of our optical frames, whether prescription or non-prescription, are eligible for coverage under these policies—keeping your eyewear protected and ready for anything!
Make It Right 30-Day Warranty:
We want you to love your frames, and if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. Our Make It Right 30-Day Warranty covers any defects or dissatisfaction within the first 30 days of your purchase. Whether it’s a repair, exchange, or refund, we’ll find the best solution to make sure you’re happy with your glasses. Just remember, this warranty doesn’t cover lost or stolen glasses.
JPE Care Warranty:
For extra peace of mind, you can add JPE Care for just $29.99 at checkout. This one-year coverage applies to both prescription and non-prescription frames, giving you the reassurance that if any issues arise, we’ll arrange a replacement using the same frame size, style, color, and prescription. Please note, JPE Care doesn’t cover lost or stolen glasses, but it covers most other issues within a year from the date of purchase.
Prescription Change Warranty:
If your prescription changes within 12 weeks after your exam date, don't worry—we’ve got you covered! Just reach out to us, and we’ll help update your glasses so they meet your new prescription needs.
How to Start the Warranty Process:
If you experience any issues with your glasses, simply email us at [email protected] with your order information, a photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Our friendly team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps to make sure we find the perfect solution.
