How does the Home Try-On Kit process work?Updated a month ago

Our Home Try-On Kits are the easiest way to try on glasses at home before committing to them as prescription glasses! The kit includes up to five frames, and allows you to see the glasses in person for seven full days. We include a prepaid return label with your shipment for an easy and seamless return process.

**Please note: we are only able to send one kit per household at a time!

The process itself is simple:
1. Place an order for a home try-on kit: we have a few sizing and color options of pre-selected kits that you can pick from! If you don't see the frame you would like to try on in our pre-selected kits, try our CUSTOM kit. You can build your own selection of frames and we ship it out. **Custom kits are only 3-5 frames and pre-selected kits contain 5 frames.

2. When your kit arrives with the frames, you have seven days to have fun at home and decide which pair works best.

3. Once you've decided on your favorite frame: refer to our handy ordering guide or website to see the other colors available in that style, take a few photos and write down your favorites. During this time it is a good idea to make sure you have everything you need to place an order.

                          - Frame Selection: make sure you have the correct style, size, and color. Tip: if you aren't sure which style is which in your kit, just look inside the temple arm to find the exact style name and eye size printed for easy reference.

                          - Valid Prescription: make sure your child's prescription is up-to-date and valid

                          - PD (Pupillary Distance) Measurement: We include a tool in the kit to get the PD measurement in case it is not written on your prescription. You can head over to our website to learn more about PD measurements and why they are important when ordering glasses.

                           - A few photos: These photos may not be needed but can come in handy if our team needs to do a fit check OR take any additional measurements.

4. Once your seven days are up, it's time to send the kit back to us (including ALL of the frames), and head to our website with your notes in hand to purchase your favorite pairs!
