How do I submit the prescription and PD measurement?Updated a month ago

The easiest way to get your child’s prescription glasses ready is by uploading both your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) when adding frames to your cart.

When you add a frame on our website, you’ll have the option to upload your prescription right away or mail it later. If you upload it with your order, you can also add the PD measurement—whether it’s a singular or dual measurement—right then and there.

If you prefer to email your prescription later, just be sure to send us a full copy of the prescription along with the PD measurement! You can email it to [email protected], or text a photo of the prescription and PD to (616) 202-5844 with your order number for easy reference.
